As part of the Leeds Indie Food Festival, Rolling Social Events are partnering up with Starward Whisky and The Tetley to deliver a fantastic supper club experience with a focus on locality.
Starward Whisky hails from Melbourne, Australia and brings a passion for pairing food with Whisky. Their unique providence allows the whisky to be viewed as much more than just a sipping spirit. Everything used in the making of the whisky is sourced within a day’s drive, such as the red wine casks for ageing and homegrown Australian malt that gives Starward its full-bodied flavour.
Head chef for The Tetley, Jade Crawley, will be putting together a delicious three-course menu that pairs wonderfully with the flavour profile of the Starward range whilst focusing on local produce from Yorkshire.

A welcome drink: Starward Leftfield with Three Cents Dry tonic and ruby grapefruit
An expert-led tasting, three-course menu with Starward Whisky pairings:
Prawn roll, brioche bun, tomato concasse, crispy onions, thermidor sauce
Yorkshire pulled lamb shoulder, herbed crushed new potatoes, whisky gravy, battered onion
Summer berry sorbet, coconut cake, vanilla mascarpone, herbs
A finishing cocktail, the Tawny Old fashioned: Starward Nova, Tawny Port, aromatic bitters and cherry.
