Latitude has succeeded in stocking Yorkshire’s best home-bars, wine-racks, back-bars and wine-lists with only the finest beverages since 2008.
Award-winning Cheesemongers George & Joseph, have a passion for locally produced cheeses. Their dedication to quality won them Best Specialist Cheese Retailer at the British Cheese Awards in 2018.
Representatives from both Leeds businesses will be at the event to provide unique insight into this wonderful selection.
This event will occur at The Tetley in Leeds, home of the former brewery, now a contemporary art space, restaurant and bar.

Five pairings of wine and cheese with dried fruit and bread provided by Baltzersen Bakerei in Harrogate
Welcome Drink – Domaine J.Laurens Blanquette de Limoux Brut. A crisp, dry and appley sparkling wine from the South of France
Henri Bourgeois Sancerre la Vignes Blanches – Citrusy Sancerre from the Loire Valley
Crottin – delightfully soft and creamy French goat from the classic Loire Valley (Pasteurised, Traditional Rennet, Goat’s Milk)
Olivier Cazenave et Chateau Bel a Ciao Vin Orange – Tangerine & wildflower orange wine from the Atlantique region in South West France
Delice de Bourgogne – soft, squidgy, mouthwateringly creamy French soft from Burgundy (Pasteurised, Traditional Rennet Cow’s Milk)
Domaine Desire Petit Trousseau Rouge Les Grandes Gardes – Soft, honeyed and subtly oaked Trousseau from Jura
Vacherin Mont d’Or – soft but rich French cheese from the Alps (unpasteurised, Traditional Rennet, Cow’s Milk)
Domaine La Font de Notre Dame Gigondas – Silky and balanced, with good fruit character and ripe tannins. 2019 is considered one of Gigondas’ finest vintages
Comté AOC – Well-balanced and nutty from the Jura mountains (Unpasteurised, Traditional Rennet, Cow’s Milk)
Domaine Grange Neuve Monbazillac – A fabulous dessert wine, sweet and luscious with a great backbone of fine acidity for a clean finish
Roquefort AOP – Papillon Black Label – Powerful, rich, creamy cheese with spicy, peppery flavours (Unpasteurised, Ewe’s Milk, Traditional Rennet)
Please note: the selection of cheeses made using traditional rennet and are therefore not suitable for vegetarians.
